More than 30 years ago, Charles and Shirley Smith began making wooden toys from their home in New Martinsville, West Virginia. They make every piece by hand and majority of the wood used is poplar, thus giving their company the perfect name: Popular Poplar Toys. This piece is carefully handmade, entirely of naturally dried poplar wood. With a rotating blade on the top, this aircraft was modeled to be used and loved by kids all around.
